How to get the book:
There are three ways to get the book.
(1) Kindle E-Book - you can go straight to Amazon (any site globally) and buy the Kindle version for immediate delivery. This is the easy option for you and me. See Amazon for Pricing.
(2) Paperback - I am using Amazon Print-On-Demand. This is available on most Amazon sites, however be aware that shipping may add a bit to the price for countries like NZ. A good option is to add some books to get free shipping. Maybe buy 1 or 2 more books you want to read (I encourage you to read), or buy multiple copies of my book (another great option!) (3) NZ Delivery (limited copies) - I will be carrying limited stock in NZ and will offer it at a discounted price.
There will be two options $30 per copy from my directly (face to face) OR $35 including postage in NZ only (*excl Rural).
